Our History

Our company started its activities in 1980 by our founder Hasan Basri IŞIK in the field of lubrication equipment in Istanbul. Over the following years he achieved many successes in the industry.

In the sector, as Local manufacturers, many improvements have been done by Hasan Basri ISIK:

had the first calligraphic logo work done.

First product and model names that are still used have been created and they have been done into technical catalog, and franchise system has been created. It has been the market leader by breaking the monopoly of the foreign products.

Instruction manual which contains first technical information has been designed and provided to reach to users with each product sold.

Documentation, quality and production standards which are not common in those years have been created by drawing mechanical drawing of products for the first time.

In 1986, our company has moved from workshop to the first factory which is drawn by our founder.

Alper ÖZAL joined our company in 1995, firstly he started working as a marketing Manager, after working as an accounting manager and sales manager, he took over the position of general manager from Hasan Basri Işık in 2004. As Chairman of the Board of administration in 2017, the successes achieved in our company by Alper ÖZAL, are summarized in the following sections.

He developed and established the necessary infrastructure and code system to transform the accounting system into a computerized accounting system in 1995. In connection with this, he designed the delivery note and the invoice printed with the first computer and has allowed its use since 1996 until today.
He edited and published the first website in 1996.

he permits the obtainment of the first ISO 9001, CE, made in Turkey, foreign brand registration, warranty certificate, manufacturer certificate, industry register certificate, etc. he ensured that documents were received and used.

By making the first price list with pictures, he prevented asking for wrong products in the orders.

Due to the increasing variety of products 10 different catalogs were designed to keep up to date the information and documents.

Due to the increasing product variety, 14 separate catalogs have been designed to keep information and documents up-to-date and made available by using new technologies.
By allowing the company to make its first export in 2003, it allowed the number of countries it exported to more than 20 in 2020.

it allowed us to be the first and the only Company to apply the international barcode system in Turkey in 2007.

it has renewed its racecourse of machines, its welding and electrostatic powder coating installations using the first CNC-controlled production technologies in the sector.

the project that Alper ÖZAL launched in 2015, designed entirely according to the needs of the company; allowed our company to start operations in Our new factory at Kocaeli Kobi Organized Industry in 2017.

By taking the usage and promotional videos of the mass-produced products in line with the demands of the customers, they have been published on our website and social media in a way that everyone can reach.
